We Do Not Offer Extra Money to Staff Who Make Decisions About Your Care

When Community Care makes decisions about your care, we make them based only on if that care is right for you and if it is a service that we pay for. We do not offer the people who make decisions about your care extra money for their decisions.

We base our decisions about your care on the appropriateness of the care and the existence of coverage. Doctors and other people who are involved in making decisions about your care are not specifically rewarded for issuing denials of coverage or services. We do not offer financial incentives for utilization management decision makers at any level of the organization.
