New Member Welcome Packet
Our Member Services staff can:
• Answer questions about your behavioral health plan coverage.
• Help you find doctors, counselors, peer supports, and other assistance near you.
• Assist you with making appointments.
• Help you get transportation to appointments.
• Help you learn what services are covered so you don’t have to pay out of pocket.
• Help you with referrals not necessarily covered by Community Care, such as food banks, clothing, food insecurity, housing, utilities, and many more resources.
• Direct you to our Facebook and Instagram pages for the latest stories and information.
• Connect you with services to stop smoking.
• Connect you with services to apply for jobs or enroll in school.
• Guide you in navigating the behavioral health system.
*Your managed care plan may not cover all your health expenses. Read your member handbook carefully to determine which health services are covered.
